By accessing and using this Site, you (“Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue immediately.
1. Use of Site and Products

The Products offered for sale on this Site are intended for legitimate research and development purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, use as a drug, food drugs, food additives, cosmetics, or household application of any kind. PowerPeptides disclaims all liability for misuse and provides no instructions for usage. The Products are not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat or prevent any disease.
1.2 Age Restriction.
You must be at least 21 years old to access and/or purchase from this Site. By doing so, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
1.3 Compliance with Laws.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws concerning the purchase, handling, storage, and use of the Products. Kaiser Peptides is not liable for any damages caused by the misuse of the products.
1.4 No Resale.
Products sold on this Site are for the Buyer's own research use only. Any resale or transfer of the products to third parties is strictly prohibited.
1.5 Toxic Substances Control Act.
Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the products purchased from Kaiser Peptides are approved for use under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), where applicable.
1.6 Product Verification.
If the Products purchased from Kaiser Peptides are repackaged, relabeled, or used as starting materials or components of other products, the Buyer agrees to independently verify Kaiser Peptides' assay results. KaiserPeptides assumes no liability for any downstream misuse, injury, or consequences incurred by the Buyer or third-party users.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 We only service the United States
Please be aware that Kaiser Peptides only services the United States, so any orders from outside the USA will be declined.
2.2 Accepted Payment Methods.
Credit card
All major credit cards are accepted.
2.3 Prices and Currencies.
Product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time. The Buyer is responsible for any applicable sales tax, import duties, and fees.
2.4 Order Acceptance.
Your order is not accepted until KaiserPeptides sends an order confirmation. Kaiser Peptides reserves the right to refuse any order in its sole discretion.
2.5 Shipping.
Products are shipped by UPS whenever possible. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless specified. Kaiser Peptides is not liable for shipping delays or damage that occurs during shipping.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 No Returns.
Due to the nature of the products sold on this Site, Kaiser Peptides does not accept any returns under any circumstances. All purchases made through this Site are considered final and non-refundable or modifiable unless a purchase cannot be fulfilled. Kaiser Peptides encourages all customers to review their orders carefully before completing a purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership.
The Site and its entire contents, features and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, graphics, photographs, video, audio, design, presentation, selection and arrangement, are owned by KaiserPeptides, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2 Limited License.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for research-related purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without written consent.
5. Third-party Content
This Site may include links to third-party websites. Kaiser Peptides is not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of these external sites and disclaims all liability from their use.
6. Indemnity Waiver for Research Compounds
6.1 Waiver Agreement
In consideration of the purchase of research compounds from KaiserPeptides, I, the undersigned Buyer agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PowerPeptides, its officers, directors, contractors, employees, agents, and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Merchant") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.
I understand and acknowledge that the research compounds sold by KaiserPeptides are intended solely for research purposes and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or animal use. I agree to use the compounds in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and to take full responsibility for any risks associated with their purchase, possession, and use.
I release, discharge, and waive any claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities of any kind that may arise from or be connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.
I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kaiser Peptides against any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting from or connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.
This indemnity waiver applies to me, my affiliates, agents, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
By purchasing research compounds from Kaiser Peptides, I confirm that I have read and understood this Indemnity Waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct.
Buyer agrees that they may not post, review, or publicly attack Kaiser Peptides with any false information about Kaiser Peptides' products.
7. Disclaimer
DISCLAIMERS YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT AND ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
7.1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 Governing Law.
All matters relating to the Site and these Terms and any dispute or claim arising there from or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
8.2 Legal Expenses.
In the event of any legal dispute, the Buyer agrees to pay or promptly reimburse all of Kaiser Peptides' expenses relating to attorneys' fees, filing fees, and any other expenses incurred in connection with the case.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It's your responsibility to monitor changes to these Terms and Conditions.
By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Site.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Kaiser Peptides regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
